shipping and returns

Shipping within Germany costs 4,90 €.

Your parcel is insured, includes tracking, and will be delivered via DHL.

Delivery time: 3–4 business days.

You have two weeks after receiving an item to decide if you want to keep it. If you decide to return an item, the return shipping costs are covered by you. We recommend using insured shipping with tracking, as you are responsible for the safe arrival of the return.

In accordance with § 19 UStG (small business regulation), no VAT is charged.

Shipping to the EU costs 13,90 €.

All parcels are insured and include tracking.

Delivery time: 6–10 business days.

We ship to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark (excluding Faroe Islands and Greenland), Estonia, Finland (excluding Åland Islands), France (excluding overseas territories and departments), Greece (excluding Mount Athos), Ireland, Italy (excluding Livigno and Campione d'Italia), Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands (excluding non-European territories), Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), Czech Republic, Hungary, and Cyprus.

Shipping to Brazil costs 26,90 €. No German VAT is charged on your order (in accordance with § 19 UStG, small business regulation).

Parcels are sent insured with tracking via DHL.

Delivery time: 20–25 business days (depending on customs clearance).
