Terms of service

1. Scope

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside his or her trade, business, or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their trade, business, or profession.

2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options

The purchase contract is concluded with Difficult Women Collective.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalogue. You may initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and can correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order, by using the correction tools provided and explained during the order process. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer for the products in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent to you by e-mail immediately after the order has been submitted.

We accept your offer within two days by either:

  • sending a declaration of acceptance in a separate e-mail, or

  • carrying out the payment transaction through our service provider or the selected payment service provider. The time at which the payment transaction is carried out depends on the payment method chosen (see “Payment”).

The relevant alternative for you is whichever of the above events occurs first.

3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text

The language(s) available for concluding the contract: English.

We store the contract text and will send you the order details and our Terms and Conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.

4. Delivery Conditions

Delivery Options
We ship products to the delivery address specified during the order process.

Delivery is made exclusively by shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection of goods is not possible.

5. Payment

The stated prices are total prices plus shipping costs. In accordance with § 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), we do not charge VAT and therefore do not show it separately (small business status)

You may pay by PayPal or credit card (VISA, MasterCard). Other payment methods may also be available in the shopping cart (e.g., Apple Pay).

We retain ownership of the delivered goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs duties and import VAT may be incurred, which must be paid by the customer to the customs authority upon receipt of the shipment. These charges are in addition to the purchase price and shipping costs and are beyond our control.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

6.1 Liability for Defects
The statutory liability for defects applies.

6.2 Guarantees and Customer Service
Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their precise conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.

7. Dispute Resolution

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
